At LensEVO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion-forward eyewear. If your new frames aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your eyewear in its original hard case and microfiber cloth, ensuring the protective LensEVO tags remain attached to the frames.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team inspects your return for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your exchange frames within 5-7 business days.
